An RMA number must be requested and obtained before
any product is returned to Sarotech.
The RMA request must include the original Purchase
Order number from which the product(s) being returned were
ordered and the relevant Sarotech Invoice Number.
RMA numbers will be issued by Sarotech when: Product
is defective upon receipt, or at any time during the Warranty
Period Product is to be returned at or before the end of any
given 30day Evaluation period. Returned product MUST be in
resellable condition. (See below) forwarder/shipper.
Returned Evaluation product must be shipped freight
pre-paid at the¡¡customer's expense.
To be in resellable condition, an evaluation
Must have original packaging, returned in reshippable
condition. (ie: No excess tape or markings)
Include all Manuals and User Instructions in "like-new"
condition. (ie: No writing inside)¡¡
Include all pieces of the original kit/product must be returned,
(ie: No split cables, disassembled
and/or missing parts, etc)
